Brine Freezer

ITC’s brine freezer provides a quick freezing solution for all your product needs. With variable-belt-speed design, a wide range of IQF products can be processed with fast freezing time. The brine freezer ensures less shrinkage, weight loss, and dehydration of your products by using sodium chloride (NaCl) as a freezant that quickly freezes the products in a matter of minutes without causing freezer burns to the texture.

The freezer features all corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction for both the interior and exterior to ensure cleanability and hygienic design, brine heat exchanger with special material to ensure durability, as well as special brine mixing and brine make-up. Modular belt design enables ease of maintenance and allows for quick replacement. Our state-of-the-art electro-mechanical control panel, with PLC (optional), ensures smooth operation at a touch of a finger.
