ITC Rack (Multi Set)

The multicompressor racks satisfy the needs for any application in refrigeration with positive and negative range of temperatures, and for the freezing.

The compressors are available in three technologies, alternative hermetic or semihermetic, scroll hermetic On the compressor racks with scroll hermetic compressor working in positive temperature, we can match other scroll hermetic compressors working in low temperature.

High light of some details on ther basic equipment

  • Compressors with rotalock valves in suction and discharge, crankase heaters, sight glasses.
  • Oil distribution depending on the range, through monifold or through mechanical or electronic type oil level regulation.
  • Cartridge filter on suction, socket for pressure gauges, shut off valve.
  • Discharge check walves, socket for pressure gauges, shut off valve.
  • Liquide line with dehydrator filter, sight glass, shut off valve.
  • Safety devices, low and high pressure switches, compressors internal protection, thermal protection.
  • Electrical panel IP55 protection rating with devices for the total managment of ther compressor rack.

A wide range of cooling capacitied i available on request depeding on the compressor technology and ther range of the working tempressure

  • With alternative hermetic compressors in positive temperature from 5 to 130 kW, in low temperature from 2 to 40 kW.
  • With alternative semihermetic compressors in positive temperature from 20 to 500 kW, in low temperature from 8 to 200 kW.
  • Compressor racks wiht different refrigerant and with screw compressor can be designed by our technical department.
